Giltbrook doctors' surgery in Nottingham provides the highest quality healthcare to patients in the area. Our doctors, nurses and all our other staff are dedicated to offering a professional service and this surgery website will help us to keep all our patients up to date with news and information about our practice.

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information. Please have a look around and do send us some feedback if you like. We can use your ideas to improve our online services and further develop the content of this site.

PRG FEEDBACK: We would like all patients to be aware that there is a facility to discuss any issues in private. Please inform the receptionist that you would like to speak in private and arrangements will be made. Failing this you could just knock on the side door of reception.

The overall aim of our group [PPG] is to develop a positive and constructive relationship between patients, the Practice and the community it serves, ensuring the practice remains accountable and responsive to all its patients needs.

All patients are invited to register either direct with the surgery, by letter, on their prescription or via the web.

We value your opinion.

A PPG will:

allow patients to make positive suggestions about the practice and their own healthcare 

consult and plan with patients whenever possible on the facilities and provision of services

create an effective way to develop patient confidence and forge a constructive dialogue between the practice and the wider community
